The results you are usually getting when you are doing the search using the keywords work at home or work from home are home based business opportunities, eBooks or some type of advertisements which is going to request money from you. I do not know about you, if I’m looking for a job chances are I do not really have that much money to spare so, I’m not looking to spend money.
You need to keep that in mind when you are looking at these results, they are not real jobs. You can tell because the same job description and title are being used and repeated over and over again by the same company. Most companies are not going to spend money repeating ads over and over again. Usually they only have about one or two available work at home position anyway. So, if you are seeing dozens of same jobs repeated then you know it is not a real company. It is probably just a home based business opportunity.
How to find work form home properly… Stop using words like work at home. I know it sounds really counter intuitive, do not seem to make much since. Well I have doing this for over five years and it do not work properly when you use the key words work at home.
Let’s figure out a way to actually to start using these searches a little better. Use the following key words instead: Virtual Work, Telecommuter, Remote work, Telecommuting, Home Office, Flexible Work, Telecommute, and Telework. Variations of these key words will also work and give you better search results.
Now look, you are not going to get tons of jobs using these key words, but when you do actually find them they are going to be legitimate and they are not going to be some company trying to swindle you out of money.
Another easy way to find work from home is got to web sites that actually specialize in work from home. I know it is not rocket science but it makes total since. A lot of people do not do this and I know I was guilty of this until I realized that there were actually web sites that specialize in work from home.
